Former narcotics detective Kat Miller (Tracie Thoms, Wonderfalls, As If) joins the team of Lilly Rush in the third season. Kat Miller is a young and energetic girl.

It shows a resemblance with the film noir detective story but I liked it. It has a great ending, a wealthy and proud older lady with clever eyes, winks at the detective when she’s walking out in triumph.

Normally I don’t watch this show but a stylish episode like this I may be able to change my mind. The only thing that bothers me about this show is the continuous attempts to prove that all privileged people are murderous most likely when they are under 15.

Run if you see a kid wearing prep school uniform! The show keep tries to put the thought in our heads that it is unfortunate to be a female, a person of color or a transgender individual. I actually don’t really consider these thoughts entertaining and I have nothing against these view points my self. But it is relief to have a show where law never prevails, its stylish and great fun. I liked the fact that Lilly is obviously losing it, an illegal attempt to harass a person by means of her job. I think it will be blown up on her face and I hope so. Her different attitude then everybody else never worked well for me, a change might do her and the show with lot of good. I wonder if concept of innocence bothers the real cops until proven guilty.
